Can anyone recommend a good payment gateway provider in Bahrain for e-commerce payments?
Ideally looking for a provider with competitive transaction fees, BenefitPay support, and a straightforward API integration process for a mobile app.

I’ve been using Mercury for the past couple of years and, until now, have had no issues.
Recently, I sent a USD wire transfer to my own business account overseas. The funds left my Mercury account, but nearly two months later they still have not reached the beneficiary account.
Mercury is telling me that the funds were credited to the beneficiary bank, but they have not been able to confirm exactly which account the funds were credited to or provide a clear explanation of the full routing.
The beneficiary account is also mine, so I have been able to work directly with the receiving bank. I’ve provided them with all the wire documentation and reference numbers, and their operations team has confirmed that they cannot locate the transfer in their systems.
At this point, the funds have left Mercury, have not arrived in my overseas business account, and have not been returned.
It is extremely frustrating that in 2026 a bank cannot clearly identify where an international wire transfer has ended up.
Has anyone dealt with something similar with Mercury? Is there a specific escalation team or senior contact within Mercury that handles unresolved wire transfers?
Also, if Mercury and its banking partners are unable to locate the funds, what would be the appropriate regulatory or legal avenue to escalate this?
