me and 2 of my friends were going home and near amrita college some cops were stopping everyone and checking their person, they had found an e cigarette on us and showed us the 50k fine, he then demanded 30k from each of us. after a while when we tried running away but he caught up to us and hit us with his stick (i still have a bruise) and by then we had only collected about 5k, we then paid him that much and he let us go.

is there any way for us to get the money back as i’ve read that possession of these articles isn’t illegal but selling it is?
