Does my heart look enlarged to you? Comparing to other xray photos I have seen on Google and none look as big as mine. Is this cause for concern? 37 (f) thanks to all in advance​

This is an EKG I just had done recently, it was in my patient portal. I go to the hospital the end of this month for an echo and cat scan due to my symptoms and family history. Does this look concerning?
