Hey everyone so I’ve been working on this project for close to a year now. And I am having a hard time deal with coworkers, and it’s causing me to stress a lot more than I would like. I want to quit but right now there isn’t a lot of jobs in my area so I feel stuck in this project dealing with my coworkers. I’m not saying i am better than everyone or whatever or think i am some perfect plumber. But i’ve been doing it for many years and i’ve had a bit of experience doing what we do. And i’ve been trying to get promoted in a supervisor role but they always give it to someone who doesn’t know what they’re doing, and every time i ask them a question it just ends up with me figuring it out so i don’t even bother
