I’ll be 4 weeks PO on Tuesday. Still have a lot of swelling in my lower belly but so happy with the results! Does anyone have good recs for compression that can be worn with shorts. It’s so hot and most of the compression I have is too long to be worn with anything other than pants ha.

Pics are yesterday, 15 DPO, 10 DPO, 1 DPO and before. I have had 10+ abdominal surgeries, a singleton over 9 lbs and twins totaling 14 lbs. my diastasis was crazy. Happy to have that fixed along with hernia repair. Can’t wait for the swelling to be gone 😅

I am blown away already one day post op. I’m super sore from the muscle repair but no bad pain anywhere. Just feel like I did 10,000 crunches and walking pretty hunched and slow. The doctor told me my diastasis was six inches at the widest part 🤯 I can’t wait to see how I look 3 months from now!

Had tummy tuck with MR and hernia repair, lipo to abdomen, flanks and low back (love handles). No boobs done.
