What do I do when my immediate supervisor has been unsupportive, staff walks on eggshells, and HR is not doing their job?
When the executive director is abusive and sides with your supervisor and HR?
And when the executive board has yelled at staff during an all staff meeting?

Obviously I am looking for another job but cannot afford to quit.
