has anyone developed akathesia from taking estradiol?

I was prescribed estradiol cream vaginally for atrophy and have been having high blood pressure. Has anyone experienced this? I know it’s rare, but, possible, especially if atrophy is severe. I had to stop it after 2 weeks. I’m not sure what other options there are, and it’s gotten alot better since stopping, but, still not back to my baseline. I never had high blood pressure before starting this.
