Hi everyone! My blood pressure has been consistently in the 140’s and because of that my pcp prescribed me 5mg of amlodipine. I’ve been on it for about 2 weeks, maybe a little less, and yesterday I started experience bouts of dizziness throughout the day. It’s like I’d be fine and then my head would start spinning. Today has been a bit worse, I was walking down some stairs and got lightheaded. I panicked a bit cause it legit felt like I might pass out. Is this normal? I’ve read that dizziness is a main side effect. I got freaked out and didn’t take my dose yesterday because of this. I checked my BP as soon as I got home
