Hey all, I am looking for a 1BHK, rent around 30k (can flex a little for the right place). Prefer something that is well-connected for commute. Sectors 1 to 7 all work, no strong preference on which one.

Preferably furnished, but semi-furnished works too if the place is good otherwise. If you know of anything opening up, or have a broker/owner contact please DM.

Also happy to hear which sectors to avoid if there’s a reason.
