Hi all, obviously restrictions are coming and going in the cairngorms with respect to the wildfire and burn areas, but I’m still hoping to get up for some walking soon. Days are usually long for the hills from aviemore, and we are a bit time-constrained.

from what I can tell from cairngorms path closures website, Bynack more is basically cut off atm? Can anyone verify? I’d also appreciate any advice on shorter routes that we can consider. Searched walkhighlands and McNeish’s book but they’re all quite long days. Cheers!
