My Tolkien Book Collection

For years, I've had a terribly inadequate way of displaying my book collection. Until today! I bought these huge bookcases that reach all the way to the ceiling and got them all set up today. These pictures show just the Tolkien section.

What should I do with this edition of Unfinished Tales?

I've been fruitlessly searching for the edition of Unfinished Tales as shown in the 4th pic, saw a listing on Amazon, took a gamble with not much hope, and ended up with this edition instead. I can return for a full refund, and I'm certainly temped to because it is not what I ordered. However, after looking around online, I can't find much about it's value except one ebay listing asking about $350. I only spent about $110. Is this edition really uncommon? Would it be worth trying to resell for more than I paid? I'm not sure that I want to keep it in my collection.

Alan Lee Illustrated Set - Box Variations

I decided to finally get this set and I love it. I chose the HarperCollins over the William Morrow because the price was about even and I prefer to get HarperCollins when it makes sense.

I'm not sure if anyone has noticed this or if anyone cares, but I noticed that there are two variations of the text that is on the boxes themselves. The pictures show the differences (first three are of my box, the last two are from the Amazon listing). I've looked, but haven't seen this specifically mentioned before. Unless I just missed it.

I did a lot of searching through online photos and YouTube videos of this set to try to find if the differences were specific to the publishers, but I'm not sure they are. From what I could find, the variation shown in the Amazon listing is typical of HC sets. However, mine is also an HC set, which was brand new and sealed, so clearly it's not always that way. All the WM sets I could find images for are the same as how my box is. So, I'm curious if anyone knows anything about this and if anyone has an HC set with the box matching mine? Or a WM set matching the listing images?

Either way, I'm happy with what I got, and actually prefer my box variation. The books are beautiful, and I'm excited to have this set in my collection.
