I am a 4th year UG student studying B.Tech Mechanical Engineering. I wanted to apply to Germany for Winter 2027 intake for MS Mechanical/Aero. But the APS certificate criteria I checked need marksheets till 8th Sem. Would I have to wait for next year to complete my degree and apply for 2028?
