Where do people actually meet other founders they genuinely stay in touch with? I’m looking for people I can learn from, exchange experiences with, and have those “am I thinking about this the right way?” conversations with.

I’m planning a trip to Cape Town in the first week of September and I’m extremely confused about what to pack 😭
Should I bring a proper/heavy winter jacket, or will light layers be enough? Can I get away with wearing a few summer dresses/outfits during the daytime if the sun is out, or is it generally too cold?
