What you'll be doing

You’ll join Zoom/Google Meet calls with our clients, understand what they need, ask the right follow-up questions, and then communicate everything clearly to our development/design team.

Typical responsibilities:

Join client meetings

Discuss website, web app, design, and development work

Gather requirements and client feedback

Ask questions when requirements are unclear

Take clear meeting notes

Send summaries and action items to our internal team

Explain client expectations to developers/designers

Give clients basic project updates

Follow up when information is missing

Keep communication organized across multiple projects

You will NOT be expected to code. This is also not a sales or call-center position.

Some technical familiarity is helpful. You should be comfortable hearing terms like WordPress/CMS, frontend/backend, APIs, databases, hosting, integrations, bugs, testing, and deployment. You don't need to be an expert.

Who we're looking for

Strong spoken and written English is the most important requirement.

Previous experience in any of these areas is a plus: web/software agencies, client coordination, account management, customer success, business analysis, development, technical support, or project coordination.

We also do some white-label agency work, so you should be comfortable representing our agency professionally on calls and keeping client/project information confidential.
