I create 7-12min commentary-style videos on YouTube, but I’m starting to struggle to keep up with editing consistently.

Help wanted with:

  • B-roll + placement
  • visual examples / screenshots
  • transitions
  • SFX & VFX
  • background music selection / mixing
  • audio polish
  • final polish
  • 1–2 videos weekly
  • matching my existing video style

I’m looking for someone who can reliably complete each long-form video within 1 week.

I prefer someone who understands CTR, retention graphs, SEO, YouTube analytics, VTubers, anime/gaming content, or creator economy videos.

Shorts are separate from this role. I personally edit my long-form videos into 10–20 short-form videos afterward, and that short-form work is not included in the long-form payment.

Payment is per long-form video

bonus payments for strong performance:

  • 50%+ retention
  • 50,000+ views
  • 100,000+ views
