Quick question, are there any libraries here in Macao where I can just study for free? I just recently came here and I need a good space to study, so far I don't know where to go.

I am transferring to Macao for studies and need to bring my pet with me. Walang mag-aalaga kasi sa kanya here sa Pinas, and I don't want to sell him or whatsoever.

What are the processes po kaya for me to be able to bring him with me? I am flying through Cebu Pacific Airlines and heard that they would fly my pet through cebcargo, however, I don't know how to book him nor even know how I'd be able to land safely in Macao with him.
