Hey Everyone,
I am CEO of Bluenest and we finally did our first internal audit.
We simply ran 300 Just sold properties on our platform, as if they had not sold and wanted to see where our platform would price them
We have a hit a median Absolute error of 4.65%. Granted this is something that we have been working on for almost 3 years now.
I was skeptical of the result, so we ran HouseSigma results (this was painful as we had to enter every address manually) and Their Error margin is at 8.35%.
So at this point, I am curious, Do most people out there rely on Housesigma and their results? are there any other evaluations platforms that every day buyers sellers use to price their homes?
We ONLY evaluate condos, and we use Visual Technology where we compare reno and view vs that of the proeprty that is being searched.
