My last post

Hey you guys to explain my last post in more detail.

I am a developer I develop games and tech. I am working with a politicians to get our platform across America to help with what’s going on economically. I and a group of investors are putting our money together to invest, we are looking for a safe, predictable and concrete investment. Doing government contracting I know the money is legitimate, consistent (if you can provide) and the pay is unmatched out there. I don’t trust the stock market I know that’s crashing soon. Real estate takes long for returns and I am not a fan. So I thought, well I see a bunch of people who needs money to deliver their contracts why not invest in vendors and make a profit. It’s a great idea and it helps people and our cause because it can possibly lead to employment as contractors may need to hire people. It’s a win win for everyone.

So I want those to put us in mind. I do not want to be dealing with contracts myself because it’s takes away from my actual work and what I love which is building infrastructure, so if I can fund deals and get a cut I thought why not? No I am not looking for an investor, I already have them. No we do not need personal information. We base our decision off of our vendor score that tracks your Gon con history. No I don’t need any money from you. 😅 That wouldn’t even make sense. No I am not a consultant for contractors I am a consultant for politicians. I am literally trying to help people make money while we make returns doing so. This is an untapped industry and I think it’s if not the safest investment one for sure that people aren’t looking at.

Looking for a job been hard.

Looking for a job on these sites almost feel pointless at this point. We need a platform where ghost jobs is illegal and I am about to end up creating that.

Good morning everyone, first time posting here.

We recently opened our waitlist for people looking to work with contractors in civic and government jobs.

One thing we care about a lot is keeping the jobs real. These are not ghost listings, fake openings, or resume farming posts. The people posting jobs are real contractors with real work to fill, and in this kind of work they actually need people in place to deliver.

That also means you are not just throwing your resume into a black hole or talking to bots all day. You are applying to real opportunities with real people behind them. The contractors careers are on the line if they play the same games these corporations play so you will have a better chance landing a job with us. The opportunities we have so far that has been listed are the same jobs that majority of people are already doing.

We’re trying to bring some reality back to hiring and make it easier for people in America to find actual work without all the fake noise that has taken over most job platforms.

If you’ve been applying nonstop and feel like your resume keeps disappearing into the void, you’re probably not the only one. That’s part of why we opened the waitlist.

Good morning everyone

I have been asking questions due our platform and the connections we have made and with their backing. We’re currently working with investors and raising capital to help contractors keep operations moving after they win the work.

A big part of the problem in this space is not just getting contracts, it’s getting the labor and support in place to actually deliver. That is one of the reasons I’ve been asking where you all hire from and whether you rely on job boards, referrals, or your own network.

We’re close to rolling out our app now and finishing the capital side of it to help contractors fund operations, build relationships, and move faster once work is awarded.

We already have workforce interest on the waitlist, we’re actively raising capital, and now we’re looking to better understand what contractors actually need so we can build this the right way and help bring more real work back into America.

If that sounds relevant to what you do, joining the waitlist would probably make sense.

Coming from the game development and business world, one thing I experienced is that this industry is heavily gatekept. After spending time building relationships while helping politicians and getting a glimpse of the inside, I can now confirm 100% that a lot of backroom deals happen. Looking at contracts to bid on, I found that knowing someone was all I needed. I aim to fix this to make it easier for myself and others who may not land in the position I did. I am new here and want to hear from you guys because I would like to talk to my clients about how we can fix this unfair treatment I hear on the inside. (Maybe they can do something, probably not.) I would love to discuss experiences with you all; it will also help me develop solutions for us contractors.

Hello, this is my first time posting in this group. I'm the founder of a tech company that works with political candidates, working to fix problems in government and civic work delivery. I wanted to introduce myself and ask, what are the most difficult problems you're facing in your GovCon careers?
