I read here that some background checks can take up to 2 months. Is that time frame accurate for Azov? I saw that you should contact a recruiter 2-6 weeks before your planned arrival date, I am wondering if I should do it any earlier to account for the background checks, but I don't want to waste a recruiter's time if it's unnecessary. I have no criminal history or credit issues.
