hi guys, just coming here for some advice. I reached out to this recommendation writer, in the middle of February, giving them the deadline for May 15 to submit their letter of recommendation.

I followed up on the 12th and they assured me that they would be ready to submit by the 15th at latest.

Now it’s the 21st and they still haven’t submitted my letter. I reached out twice since the 12th to no response.

What do I do? I have their phone number, but I feel like to call them or send another email a little bit rude or overkill. But at the same time we’re going on a week later than i told them i needed it……

Help!

do some schools just not have secondary? I’m trying to find them online and it seems like some school simply don’t even offer additional prompts outside of the base application

I know that my dental application is so much more than these two numbers. But I was just wondering how they would appear on my application.

DAT = 490 AA, 500 NS, 500 PAT, 480 RC, 530 OC, 480 GC, 490 BIO, 470 QR

GPA = 3.66 overall , 3.53 science

i’ve heard that a higher DAT can offset a lower GPA but i don’t know what to think about how this will impact my overall application, i feel like normally the two go hand i hand, but my GPA will bring my chances down and a higher DAT will bring my up.

i guess my question is which matters more.

hello, does anyone know where to find the secondary prompts for dental schools, the ones they provide after you submit first round.

my advisor told me to start drafting them but what i can only find so far is already on the ADASS

hi everyone, starting my application and working through all the stages I need to do for this incoming cycle.

I’m interested in applying to Temple because they’re in state for me and the cost looks to be preferable to my other options.

from lists that I’ve seen online, Temple requires the Casper. I was wondering if anyone could give me info.

When do I take this exam? I’ve heard mixed reviews like needing it before I submit my application when it opens, or waiting till secondary, or having them invite me to take it?

Just wondering if anyone knows what to do. I found shockingly little.

hey everyone first time posting on here. i’m working through the motions of applying this cycle. my gpa is 3.65 and my DAT is a 490, 500 AA.

i’m feeling a little nervous about applying and all of the anxiety that comes with it, but more than anything i’m nervous about paying for all this.

all the dental schools i’m looking at have insanely high prices and although my parents have agreed to help me out a bit, most of the bulk is going to be on me.

just wondering what my general plan should be…
