OBH First timer
Hi All!
I have a question that I’m hoping y’all came help with. My wife opted in for the presale tomorrow and she got an email with a reservation number but the password for the presale was supposed to be emailed today by 330 EST. We both just got home from work and realized there was no password sent and we’re now past the travel team’s office hours. We went ahead and sent the email saying we hadn’t received the password yet but not really sure what’s happening with that, nor do we have a time that presale will start. I realize being first timers might put us on the last on the list but just wondering if this happened with anyone else or if anyone has some advice on how to proceed?

EDIT: thanks everyone for your replies! I checked all the folders and it didn’t make it there but they did respond to us this morning. Long story short: I’LL SEE Y’ALL THERE!!
