My stats are step2ck:270 step 3:254 almost 4 months of hands on usce with good lors 1 low impact publication. Non us visa requiring.

So with that in mind, i dont want to overshoot with my application because I know that top tier programs want non visa requiring, research heavy applicants. Buts realistically what should my approach be, which programs should I be applying to.
