Has anyone had prolonged pain in the area specifically? Been to multiple podiatrists who have stated Plantar fasciitis, Achilles attachment tendonitis or nerve entrapment. Pain worsens in Dorsi flexion and when weight baring. It dosent hurt when I wake up until I aggravate it with shoes. Tried inserts, icing, heating, and lidocaine. I can stretch my calf fine with no pain and do calf raises. It’s been about 10 months with this burning pain and has kept me from being as active as I was. What are some other treatments out there.
