Balling on a budget - <$400 laptop with a bright 1440p screen, "good" speakers, and good IO for Linux

- Purpose - General web browsing, media consumption, light gaming (I have a gaming PC, most I'd run is like emulators, Switch emulation would be the most resource intensive thing
- Form factor: Standard
- Intended Usage: Its going to be a Linux notebook, if I can do some light gaming that's a plus but I have a gaming PC so its not important.
- Desired battery life: Doesn't really matter, Linux is goated.
- Please list, in order of most important to least important, the priority between Size, Weight, Performance, Battery life
- Screen and IO (multiple USB-C ports) are most important, followed by a good keyboard.
- Info/Requirements: I'm pretty much just looking for the best display panel I can get for under $400 (refurb), 2-3 USB-C ports, and USB-C charging.
