Neighbour across from me puts up a variety of flags throughout the years, often it’s the bog standard flags of nations playing in national sports events (commonly Scottish ones - we live in Scotland) but this one has me stumped. I’m a big flag guy but I don’t recognise this one immediately.

Safe and obvious guess is, as no surprise, a Spanish flag of sorts but I’m not sure of what one? It may be a naval flag as it somewhat resembles an anchor?

But yeah, I’ve spent the better part of 2 hours searching for this flag but now I’m left with two options, my first being this subreddit and the second being banging on their door and asking - which id rather avoid!

Any help would be fantastic, I’m so stumped!
