Why I gas out so much faster than others?

It has been 1 month doing muay thai.

I'm 5"6 male weight 74kg and 17% body fat. I have been weight lifting fot the past 3 - 4 years but I don't know if the amount of muscles I have is a factor why I gas out because in the mirror i'm not really big, I just have more defined muscles than others. For context I bench 80 kg and squat 120 kg for 5 reps or 130kg for 3 reps. I mainly train low reps with high weights like a powerlifter.

Everyone in the muay thai class even new comers, young or old and even fat or unfit people don't gas out as much as me.

I don't typically do cardio but I thought those 3 - 4 years of weight lifting should've helped my cardio.

I even feel tired after the first 10 min warm up session of doing mainly burpees and short sprints. I'm the first one to fail the plank exercsice, barely last 30 seconds..

My shoulders burn much faster than others during sparring.

Also my kick power sucks so bad even a small kid has a powerful kick than me.

What exactly is "light" sparring?

It has been only one month I started muay thai, when light sparring I noticed the power is a bit different between indivoduals.

To my understanding light sparring is mostly just a slight more power than a simple touch. For example when I jab it is more of a touch with just a slight bit of power like 5% same for kicks.

However for others they say what i described above is not light at all. When I sparred with them their jabs and kicks hurt but is managebale however getting kicked to the head with this power is painful.

People on this sub once told me "accept that it's ok to get hit when sparring, so relax and focus on what you want to improve"

So can someone explain or can give a video example what is considered light sparring?

Israel has destroyed the only water pumping station of a Christian village

The Israeli military has destroyed a solar-powered water pumping station in Deir Mimas town this morning which cut out water suppliy to the town.

This village is 99% christians, the rest are Syrians workers. Not only it has zero Hizb presence but also do not allow Shia from owning or building properties there. Many of them are pro LF.

Two kittens are hiding inside a neighbour's car engine what should I do??

When I tried to catch one she got scarred and went even deeper.

What the fuck should I do??? The mother cat is sitting under the car. The kittens are 6 weeks old.

I noticed they care more about teaching and giving advice to younguer folks, like 15+ years old.

I'm 30 year old male and I feel invisible, when we light spar I'm usually the last one without a partner and they usually pair me with either an old beginner like myself, a teenage girl or an old 70 year old beginner.

They don't condition me either, just the younguer folks.

Mother cat has two kittens in a parking lot of an apartment building living under the gaps of water tanks. They are 6 weeks old or so.

Next to the parking lot there is a large plot of abandonned land/garden this is where the mother cat first gave birth but relocated them under the tanks due to heavy rain.

Recently the kittens became too active and started running around the parking lot, so there is a large chance they will get squished by a car.

Should I move them to the abandonned garden? It is safer for them but am not too sure. There are tomcats there but they also hang around the parking lot and never hurted the kittens even after seeing them close.

The problem is the kittens are a bit feral because they always hide from me and runaway each time i come to feed them.

I was never thought how it's done properly so I just searched it up on YouTube but then I found there is multiple ways and style wrapping the hand.

So I just want to make sure if the method shown in the link below is decent enough.

Essentially you go three wraps to the wrist, three to the knuckles, one around your thumb then around each finguer and lastly finish the rest around the wrist.
