Looking for accommodation starting September 2026!

Ich werde im September 2026 nach Oldenburg ziehen, um mein Masterstudium an der Universität Oldenburg zu beginnen. Ich bin ein internationaler Student und habe gerade meine Zulassung zum MSc in Applied Economics and Data Science erhalten.
Ich bin derzeit auf der Suche nach:
• Ein Zimmer in einer Wohngemeinschaft (WG) oder Studentenwohnheim
• Miete ca. 300-500 €/Monat
• Vorzugsweise mit guter Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und die Universität
Welche Unterlagen muss ich als Internationaler Student dem Vermieter vorlegen? Hinweise zu anderen relevanten Dokumenten wären willkommen.
Ich bin ein ruhiger, verantwortungsbewusster und ordentlicher Student und wäre für Hinweise zu verfügbaren Zimmern, Studentenunterkünften, WhatsApp-Gruppen, Telegram-Gruppen oder anderen Unterkunftsmöglichkeiten dankbar.

• Preferably with good access to public transport and the university
As an international student what are the documents I need to provide landlords? Advice for other relevant documents would be appreciated.
I am a quiet, responsible and orderly student and would be grateful for any advice on available rooms, student accommodation, WhatsApp groups, Telegram groups or other accommodation options.
