Possessing both Shrine and Magatsumi through the loophole logic of only Akemura's innate sorcery being lost by his contract with the blade, we'll also say there's no risk of Akmura's consciousness/soul resisting, could he clear the combined JJK/KGB verse?
We'll almost assuredly get atleast her backstory that got teased with that one panel; "From now on... for our country's sake"
But I wonder what she'll get up to? This goes for Chihiro too, both of them are too strong for ordinary sorcerers to fight without tons and tons of prep time and beneficial circumstances, but at the moment only Akemura would pose a 1v1 threat. (less a threat, more an execution)
I think most people think Kuguri's gonna wind up with Subaru's blade, but that would only further build up his rivalry with Chihiro unless something changes, maybe the Seitei War arc will give us more info on the Kagari clan and Flame Bone? Giving her that extra plot relevance besides being Chekov's EB level fighter who's hard to make use of without her stomping any non-EB opponents.
Can't forget Iori's also potentially wielding Tobimune in Part 2, that makes 3 Enchanted Blade level fighters on our side, potentially 4 if Chihiro remakes Kuregumo and gives it to someone instead of either fusing it with Enten or making it a shortsword.
Then we gotta consider that if Subaru and PInky are alive and OK, Hakuri can warp them their EB's too, that could result in a whopping 6 of these powerhouses, still not enough to fight Akemura, but enough to wipe anything else imaginable, Hiruhiko doesn't even have a hold of Kumeyuri at the moment.
(This isn't a complaint or anything, to make that clear, I'm almost 100% positive Hokazono will put together a fantastic plot once we're back in the modern day, but I'm genuinely really curious about how he'll go about it, He's always balanced the challenges pretty well perfectly, which isn't easy when there's such a gap between Enchanted Blades and ordinary sorcerers, he's done an incredible job so far.)

I've got Ariu placed behind Samura, since Samura explicitly got stronger after the war, the deadlock was 5 EB's vs. 6 Mikaboshi, so I feel like EB's were stronger on average, and the Mikaboshi made up for it with their average troops being Top Tier Sorcerer tier. Once we see other EB users in action maybe that'll change.
Hiyuki's also warming the back of the tier there, since I really do think she's gonna be at that tier if using 100% of Flame Bone, if you aren't at that tier, good luck participating in the theoretical final battle vs. Akemura.
Chihiro's getting really damn close to that tier too, we'll see what the new blades mean for that.
I considered fusing low EB with Pinnacles, but I'm still not confident those Pinnacles could box True Realm Sojo, but he doesn't really belong in the Moderate tier.
Maybe it's favouritism that I put Jeanist and Toto in T3, but I don't think any Hishaku fits the bill of just "good" even if they don't directly fist fight their enemies. It's speculatory but Toto's got her ability to brainwash sorcerers to use as cannon fodder, and Jeanist definitely has tricks, perhaps he was the one who shot those spikes at Chihiro at the theatre? (or that was the Shigyu Brothers)
I put this together fairly quick, I'm sure there's some questionable placements here and there, but I wanna hear your guys's rough tierlists.

Probably gonna take another brief hiatus now that the Irishima Talks have concluded, doubt we're jumping right back into fighting, but who knows!
