I've only seen Ocie's videos in passing but this is the person who made the changes to Mei in the community crafted event. The fact that she says Mei's primary fire is what you use to finish people off clearly points to her lack of understanding this hero. Throughout the decade of the game being out Mei's whole gimmick was that she would freeze you first then icicle you. It's such a staple to her design that the devs tried to bring that play style back in seasons 5-7 of OW2 and ever since then she still felt like shit to play. Mei is supposed to have a threating short range so people have to respect her range. She is the ice character how hard is it to understand.
