I am masters (ai) student 2026 to 2028 from 3rd tier uni, i want to pursue phd next from top uni internationally, for that my aim is - 3 papers in top ai conferences, and 3 LORs should I cold email cmi profs for ResearchCollab/mentor support?? Also all the helpful profs in India i should cold email?
