I made an order of 3 jerseys by one of the trusted seller, he sent me the QC video but today when I received the package there was only two of the jerseys.

On top of that, one of the jerseys is extremely reduced, I know that’s normal, but when I contacted the he sent me a size-measurements matrix and I did my order taking that in consideration.

When I received the jersey one that should be 60-60cm was 54-55 cm.

The seller it’s in the trusted list, I already texted him and haven received any answered, what should I do?

Is it normal for the website to just keep stacking shipping chargers for every item?.

For example.

If I have an order of 4 jerseys at 12 usd each and 7 usd for shipping each. Instead of just using one shipping for the same order or increase it a little bit due to the marginal weight of adding an extra jersey it charges me 76 + the service charge ( 48 of the Jerseys + 28 of the shipping).

Which seems to me like a ridiculous thing, why not order everything in different shipping then?, what the incentive to make a bigger order?, to me it honestly just seems like a way to advertise it as cheaper and then charge an extra 50% per item.

Also, why is the PayPal payment option disabled?

Hi, i wanted to write something that just recently happened to me, i made my first purchase on June 11 from KKOOG and after a long and extenuating process of being told every couple days that ill be sent within the next few days, they finally told me that some of the jerseys that i ordered where out of stock so they cancelled my entire order (which i didn't mind) and then issued me a refund.

the problem is that when the money finally hit my account back, it was almost 22% less than what i had paid, i check my initial charged and it turns out they overcharged from the star but when they issued the refund they issued for the exact amount of the order (they didn't refunded the overcharged).

and of course, right now im having no answer from in the WhatsApp number, this was literally the first time i ordered from them and i had the awful experience.

hi, i ordered for the first time (from kkoog) 2 days ago and texted him via email and whatsapp about a couple doubts i have about it and i havent received any response.

is it normal?, i read here that they usually answer immediately and now im worried about it. also, the only payment option they gave me was using card (no paypal) so im extra worried about it. any advice about what to do?, is it normal?.
