Can anybody help me

I have an arraignment for contempt of order on oct 14th. And i didnt do anything i literally work and study computer science. And just finished a coursera certificate for jr software development. I cant believe this is happening. I have problems with these people which are my wife and her father. They have abused me and hit me numerous times in the past. Currently they have both orchestrated two retraining order cases on me after i was out of town doing work for 3 months. I actually left becasue the dad was stalking me and following me around my area going in the alleyway of my apartment sitting there. Somedays he would be at the end near the main road where i go out to the city and hes waiting there. After a while from january to april i could barely concentrate i was so stressed and bothered i left to my friends in may. After wards i went to the facility where i thought it was perfect timing to get away and make some money. I actually in fact i have a coursera calendar showing the days of my certificate not being worked during the january through april times of him stalking me. I had one month of rest and the next month i finished the whole 6 month certficate in one month. This shows his stalking had a profound effect on me.

I also work alot almost 12 hr days. So im busy and have no time to contact this individual .In fact the daughter contacted me when she had an order days after she got it and said "now youll miss me". I have videos also of him following several days and timelines of his stalking. He followed me this whole year up until i got a restraining order temporary on him. He stopped until oct 5 that is and i reported it and has a violation. I also reported his stalking to a detective. And said there is a misdeamnor filed to the city attorney.

Im worried and scared. I have 30 years of a clean record and this is the first time i have ever had anything bad happen to me on my record the moment i met these people.

I attempted restraining orders in the past in april 20 but didnt had not enough evidence and filed another one again on may but couldnt make it as i was due for work and i needed to make it. Should i show these attempts and then suggest they tried retaliatory tactics to file theirs in june. Which they did when i left out of town.

They call and text death threats all the time . I have copies and records and even a voicemail of him saying "youre going to be in jail thats where your going to be". The girl broke and entered into my apartment and even took my spectrum box and before put my account in her name. She has a copy of my key . She also one time similar to this had and this sounds out there but she did it, took my dog that was put on her fathers protective order in 2020 long story , and put him in my new apt in 2021. I dont know if she wanted to get me in trouble or coudnt keep him in their apt. So i have security footage of it.

To explain a bit more he had a restraining order on me. This guy attacked me punched me in the sides from one side of the living room to the other . The momentum skidded me from his onslaught. He was so ridiculous after he asked" are we good "and ignored him and walked away. He then secretly filed a police report but filed a court order and didnt serve me and got it granted lying to the court obviously pretending he did. I lived with him for 2 months and then he asked me to move with him to another location and did. I didnt know he had an order at the time . In fact i didnt know until 2024. So we moved i live with him for 4 months at the new apt until he changed the locks randomly. He took the dog i had and put him on the order and then about a few months later i got a new apt. There she took the dog there after we got on good terms and i gave her a key stupidly. And have security footage of her taking the dog there and throwing him out my doorway where he defecates and then she picks him up and puts him back in my apt.

These people are atrocious then the daughter filed an order on me in 2024. She got a tro granted and didnt serve me and finally shockingly for the first time ever i was arrested to my dismay . This was the most sick and vile experience that no one deserved. After i went to the family court case next . Now she got her order denied after the judge discovered she abused me and admitted to it after i explained it. She then later months violated the order . The police did nothing then violated it again and came to me asking me to lift and be on good terms i foolishly did. And then all hell broke loose. There was conflict that led me to kicking her out. Afterward so i could get away from her forever.

I filed for divorce which she just filed days ago for continuance until april of next year. So thats the summary.

I want to know what to bring and explain for the arraignment the father filed a violation for. Which is two annoying call logs misdeamnors, 1 criminal threat and 1 contempt of order. Four crimes.

For him i have him violating an order following me to a store oct 5. I reported it today . I have texts and call logs and a timeline .i have him calling me while i was at the police station today . Recorded of not him talking just me talking and verifying and screenrecording of it. To show his persistence. And harrassment. He has a voice email threatening to send me to jail in sept 10. He filed the violation sept 9 and 15. I filed his stalking me to a detective who sent it to the city attorney to be processed .Im going to file contempt of order because police officers today would only file him following me and not the text and calls because they say its not verifiable even though it mentions him saying you "dont kick my daughter out "and "im a send you to jail" just like in his voicemail. Its laughable that they pretend thats not him. Regardless once adetecitve is assigned i can ask them to . So for now im going to file for motion for contempt of order tomorrow . He also has a ro case against him on the 21st this month but i dont know if ill make it because of the four misdeamnors and probation my wifes tro has done. It is still in affect.

Im also waiting for a refund for funds that i was thinking i would use for a private lawyer. Or im wondering is my evidence enough that i can simply use a public defender . Or are public defenders just as good as private lawyers . Any advice

Arraignment serious question

I have an arraignment for contempt of order on oct 14th. My wifes father has filed a restraining order on me in july. He filed that i violated it when i have not only not done anything but have been followed by him, stalked by him , called and texted me deaththreats . Hes crazy and has a mental illnesss and is a prior felon. I am sitting here at home and i literally work and study computer science. And just finished a coursera certificate for jr software development. I cant believe this is happening. I have problems with these people which are my wife and her father. They have abused me and hit me numerous times in the past.

Currently they have both orchestrated two restraining order cases on me while i was out of town. So they knew i was out of town. So i wouldnt be there to defend myself. He stalks my area and neighborhood knowing my where abouts not seeing me come out knowing i was gone also i towed my cars for parking renovations at my apt . So he saw that and planned accordingly.

For the arraignment matter the father recently filed for 4 crimes. 1 contempt of order, criminal threat, and 2 annoying call logs. This guy is trying to get me in trouble.

A little info for claification the daughter lived with me recently from january to july 2025 until i kicked her out. She was too conflicting to the point it was too much. Then she went to a homeless shelter and ever since dec 204 and jan 2025 the dad has been following me around my area. And mad apparently because of that.

I attempted two restraining order cases. First in April there was not enough evidence . I tried again in may but couldnt go because of work . Then i left in June out of town until August. When i was back this guy was texting calling me and following me in his car all around my area. He wouldnt stop. I then got a voicemail September 10th saying he was going to send me to jail. I filed with a detective the stalking, texts , and calls which they submitted to a city attorney for processing as a misdemeanor .

I also want to mention he hes done this before. He got one in 2020. I didnt know about it the entire time i was living with him . He didnt serve me and lied to the court pretending he did and had the order on me the whole time. i lived with him while it was active and he even asked me to move with him in 2months after. i did and we lived in a new apt for 4 months. Then he changed the locks one day and i had to go. Still i didnt know about this order until 2024. And speaking of 2024 in that year the daughter filed a restraining order as well not serving me properly either. Lying pretending she did. One day at the mall She then came up to me several times asking me questions i thought was odd because we were on bad terms. i didnt get why she was being so nice. Then the next few days the police came and to my dismay and surprise for the first time took me into custody. So apparently she planned me sitting there and having the police come to do this. Shes sick .

Back to the present this dad has a history of filing orders and making up lies to the court to get revenge for little personal disputes. Hs insecure and attacked me for talking to his daughter in 2019 which is what prompted him to get the order i mentioned in 2020. Once he told me i have to drive with him and fight him in order to continue to stay at his apt .He even attacked me for food even because he felt like someone was eating his food and felt his dominance in the household was being challenged which is why he started the fight. There are no reasons besides imasculinity , fear that is generated from nothing but this own paranoia and hes also mentally ill, diagnosed with schizophrenia. A big problem. He talks to himself sometimes in the car and in his tv. He stands on a bed for hours staring at the wall with a pipe in his hand . He was standing in defense position almost cowaring down like someone is coming at him. And he would stand there for hours with his wife screaming at him calling him stupid and silly and to get off the bed. His wife also talks to herself in the open at times. Thats what im dealing with . But then when we're out in public and this guy puts an act on somehow and tries to fit in like hes normal. I have to deal with this .

I also got a case opened for the 21st. I have a temporary restraining order on him. From that now he violated. He followed me into a store . And i drove off. He had kept texting and calling me also. I reported these incidents to the police but they wouldnt take the texts saying they cant say its him unless he declares its him. So i filed for contempt of order and theres a case in november now. So i have contempt of order against him, a violation of restraining order filed by the police , and texts and calls . I also have his threat to go to jail in a voicemail. Any idea what i can bring to the arraignment to help my chances. This is insane. Im not familiar with court cases as i ve never been involved with problems before i have a clean record of nothing before this for 30 years. Will the court see 30 plus years of a clean record with nothing but activity happening at the onset of the daughters false violation and these charges something they will clearly see as an innocent being wronged. An innocent who is being painted as a criminal by criminals who have been in the system and using their knowledge of their past crimes to apply what they learned to manipulate court orders . Then abuse power to mislead court into punishing an innocent person they want revenge on.

Btw the texts say if you kick my daughter out i kick you out and said im going to send you to jail. And he said your wife doesnt like you anymore. Who else would it be.

I also have 6 videos of him following me.
