Monster Hell Ramen Level 5 challenge at Strings in Chinatown
Very, very difficult task. Definitely failed, should have waited for it to cool down more because the first bite hurt my mouth and the 20 minute timer had already started.
All in all, a doable challenge with the right prep. Currently 3 hours later no stomach cramps; wanna say I got 2/3 of the way done but I just couldn’t keep going. Gave me a complimentary milk tea in a can.
Anyone ever complete it?
