I think Smallpdf is scamming me
I have used the trial to try and reduce my file size but it is just unsuccessful, I don't know why. it's useless in my case so I cancelled the subscription - or at least I think I did because when I go back and check my account, I've clicked every button that exist and checked every page that exists but there is no cancel button. I have attached a picture of what my account looks like prior to the charge:
Now they still charged me an annual subscription, which, prior to that, I have emailed their support several times and have been ignored. I sent a dispute with the bank and they have cancelled my card, but I don't know if the money will be refunded or would still go through.. can anyone help me?
Edit: I have just checked my account again after they charged me ang magically my subscription went active again?
