I live around 50kms away from the CBD and want to go on some longer rides. Wind is a pain.
Ideally something that could also handle some big hills/relatively long climbs without taking away too much battery power (for reference Kalamunda Hill in Perth for those who may be familiar).
Does any one take Vyvanse sporadically?
And if so, is that ok with your Psychiatrist or just your decision?
My Psychiatrist said to have weekends off - but when I went to see my GP for a blood pressure/cardio check up, she said I need to come back after I’ve taken it every day for two weeks, because your body adjusts to the meds and will give a more accurate picture of how they affect blood pressure/heart rate and side effects in general.
(Obviously I’m going to do that for two weeks, but after I’m kinda wanting to take it more sporadically, at times where I feel it’s most warranted).
Are Psychiatrists usually ok with people taking it like this?
