Bootleggers: Open Source Pinball Project

I recently became aware of this project so I figured I'd share. I myself am not a part of the team making this.

Bootleggers is an open source project by PinForge that is currently in development. They've finished a lot of the design and are now working on code. They have a prototype whitewood with the final layout as well.

My understanding is that once fully released, all the code and schematics will be open source, and they'll also release guides for how to actually build a machine beginning to end.

My plan is to use this as a way to get my toes wet with creating my own homebrew machines from scratch. I think some of you might be interested as well for the same reason.
