39M living in Tualatin. I’ve been a stay at home dad with my two kids and would like to get back into the work force but restaurants are simply not paying for traditionally trained chefs nor do they want to accommodate for a candidate who strictly wants night shifts. Does anyone have suggestions for this situation. I seem to be at a loss.
