notes for self for next time: use salted butter in the base, roasted peanuts (I only had blanched in the pantry) and will cook a bit longer.

But delicious all the same! For some reason, a bit of crunch (like cornflakes) came to mind immediately for alternatives (Nagi says to try whatever for the topping!)

Annnd it worked!! 30 mins, water bath underneath instead of a Dutch oven (which I usually use). She has instructions in the notes section.
