Built a free clinical calculator site during rotations — sharing in case it helps
During fourth year I kept bouncing between MDCalc, random websites, and half-broken apps just to pull up a quick score mid-rounds. So I built my own.
It’s grown into something bigger than I expected: 35+ calculators (CURB-65, Wells, GCS, CHA₂DS₂-VASc, HEART, qSOFA, MELD-Na, and more), 18 long-form guides (ABG interpretation, anemia workup, toxidromes, ECG/STEMI criteria), full OSCE exam checklists, and a Differentials Tool where you select symptoms and get a ranked differential with linked calculators.
Each calculator gives you four things: a Diagnosis, what it Means clinically, what Action to consider, and a Warning about limitations — not just a number.
Completely free. No sign-up. No ads.

I’ll drop my link in the first comment. Happy to take feedback, bug reports, or calculator requests — still actively building it out.
