Shawnee Smith and the MTV Movie Awards for Best Fight
I was re-listening to the SAW III episode when I got to the part where Steve brings up Shawnee Smith talking about how she "knew" they had an MTV Movie Award for Best Fight in the bag: https://youtu.be/bxUtoOegmq4?si=8WF0KLJm5RT2f78p&t=6250
Cut to me listening to some episodes of the "Darren and Josh Make a Movie" podcasts where Darren Lynn Bousman and Josh Stolberg are going step-by-step in creating a movie, including interviewing possible actors for roles. They interview Shawnee due to the Saw connection and, shock of all shocks, at one point she says (linked in the video) "I've said it a hundred times and I'll say it a hundred more, we were robbed..." in regard to the MTV Movie Award for Best Fight.
Just wanted to share something that made my WHM Brain go "Wait, what?"
