CORRECTION: I meant to request for an SEO Agency or freelancer recommendations

Hello,

I have a free online search tool for an electronics product that runs on top online retailers. I am struggling to drive traffic to my website. Of course I have done some basic technical SEO, a blog, this and that.. but I do not have a lot of time as I need to focus on building my product as well.

I am thinking of giving it a boost to my site and getting an expert to do it by budgeting something like $350-$500 per month, do you guys think its worth it?

I have done some research and am looking into some companies but I wont post that list here as my post might get deleted.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated
