I have a 7800x3d + 32GB RAM + Rtx4090 and > 200TB of storage. I downloaded the Qwen 3.7 35B hauhaucs but it has been a disappointment so far because training data is too outdated (networking and data stuff). It's also really bad for very long text files.

The card ( rx 6800 ref ) is in perfect condition, albeit dusty. It's rather heavy because of the full metal construction so if you have a GPU anti sag bracket it would really help. My brother gave me this card when he upgraded to a liquid cooled 5090 and it's been awesome. It is extremely cool and quiet, and performs roughly equal to the 5060TI 16GB in raster. Comes with the retail box. I'm asking for $250 local
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra 14.6" Tablet 256GB is also in a perfect condition. I used it mainly for taking notes in UCI and pretty much nothing else. Doesn't come with the charger, the retail box might be still around but I have to check the closet. Asking for $400 local.

I’m currently pausing all shipping due to a PayPal refund issue with a buyer from my previous thread. He requested a refund because I can't ship the combo in time, which I completely understand. However, PayPal is blocking the refund with an error saying my “bank account has a low balance,” even though I’ve quadruple-checked and the funds are definitely there.
Because of this, the buyer opened a dispute. I can’t even process the refund through the dispute for the same reason. I’ve already contacted PayPal support, but they told me there’s nothing they can do. I've also talked to my brother who's experienced with shipping and he said this has never happened to him before. Actually he refunded another redditor this January and it was fine.
I’m honestly at my wit’s end with this. If anyone can help me resolve this PayPal situation, I’ll include a bunch of 2.5" laptop hard drives with any purchase as a thank you.
My location is either Huntington Beach, Tustin or Irvine depends of the time of the week.
