So we’re a group of 26 people and our main transport is the public bus and Skytrain. We bought our grey compass cards around 16-17 hours ago, and we used them maybe 20-30 minutes ago but they were “expired”, the bus driver told us they expire after 12 hours of purchase. I looked at the terms and conditions and there is no mention of this nonsense. What the heck is happening?!?
