I asked a little while ago about some fungus on my two Live Oaks. Thanks for the reply and information.

Wanted to ask about some leaf spotting I am seeing. I don’t think it is oak wilt but does seem to be progressing slightly. We are in a drought here in rural eastern SC.

Wondering what this fungus is and if it detrimental to the tree and if the tree is in decline.

Seems healthy but this is a new tree so I wanted to ask.

Some of the photos are of the white fungus I am talking about while others are what appear to be some sort of scaring.

Any help is appreciated, thanks!
