Old super 8 stock

Hello, I have a roll of Kodak super8 50d that has been sitting in my fridge for about three years+ish, now I have a shoot coming up and I was wondering if anyone knows approximately how many stops I should compensate exposure? I was told that the stock degrades over time, but don’t know how much to expect- I can set stop manually no problem and have a light meter, but I don’t have the opportunity to do any tests. Any tips or experiences much appreciated :)
