So i just had my unemployment phone interview. They said that I had attendance problems (partially true, but I've had 3 heart attacks and broken my wrist at that job - which they knew about my former job was aware of), that I cussed at work and used inappropriate language, and that I was violent at work. The only thing listed on my termination was attendance. And most of it was covered by pto. I'm probably going to have to fight this.
