I am obsessed with my sunflower. Summers are harsh here in the mid Atlantic with tornados and thunderstorms… this is my first year growing sunflowers but I learned that my dogs love to eat premature sunflower plants. So here is my one sunflower I was able to grow this year. You cAn actually see one of my sunflowers in a pot in front of me, leaves are completely eaten. How tall do we think she is?? I think she’s at least 8ft. I don’t have a tape measure or ruler right now. For reference I am 5’5.
