A helicopter flying low over the north end of the city landed in a neighborhood near Providence. Someone reported an emergency landing, resulting in the dispatch of nearly 20 EMS units to the neighborhood. Responding crews found out the pilot resides in the neighborhood and that no emergency had occurred. Metro remains on scene to speak with the pilot.
