Forward Parcel from US to Egypt

I want to ship this item from Amazon US to Egypt. I shipped this before using Aramex and it arrived safely. It weighs 4 pounds. That seller no longer sells it so I need someone to do it for me, just tell me the budget and which carrier you will use. Here’s the link: https://a.co/d/077XmGV4

Can’t get my hands on proper lamp oil!

I’m in the middle east, and I’m not able to buy any of the certified lamp oils (Aladdin, Lamplight Medallion) because they are in the US and shipping is restricted due to them being “flammable liquids”, which is not even accurate because under US law flammable liquids have a flash point lower than 140 degrees. These have a flash point of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.

In any case, how can they be transported to an overseas country? If they’re all made in the US, how do some people in Europe have them? The shipping forwarders I contacted can’t forward it. Does anyone know a solution? It would help me very much.

I don't understand film premieres

I've been making short films for almost ten years. I'm currently shooting one which I believe has a very high chance of getting into top film festivals. However, I didn't go to film school and wasn't surrounded by people who worked in the field of filmmaking, so I'm not familiar with concepts that seem to be obvious among others.

One of these is my film premiere, which is, as I understand it, the festival in which my film is first screened. Why does this matter so much? How do I choose which festival is best (assuming my film is accepted there) to premiere in? Should I only first apply to top tier festivals to rule out chances of my film premiering there? If so, why have I heard that top festivals only accept films with strong premiers in other festivals...isn't that a paradox?

Also, should I just apply the DCP to that festival or should I also contact the festival programmer? What are all the steps I should take (outside of making a great film) to ensure that my film has the highest chance of being accepted?
