Looking to get my first grill. Nearly got a 4 Burner Weber Spirit brand new for $500 but the seller ghosted me. I may now pivot to this. Worth the price? Looks decent. What do you guys think?

Moved into a house with my GF and finally have the space to get a grill! I have limited experience grilling (used a roommates Charbroil The Big Easy) but had been a dream and goal to truly live out the hobby/passion. I’ve looked around for the last couple days and this one seems to be my best bet for the cooking space and price. It does have a “broil zone” which I love, however, I did see that it isn’t as effective as say the Weber Spirits’.
What do you guys think? Steal $315? Or is it more worth my time and money to grab one around $500-$600?
I’ve been looking in the range of $300-$600. I’ve also realized a gas grill would suit me best, as I can add a smoker box as an accessory.
